These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lottery Lab software products ("Software") provided by Zerofrixion Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Upon purchase and activation, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on your personal computer(s) for personal, non-commercial use. This license is for a single user and permits installation on multiple personal devices you own, provided only one instance is in active use at a time.
Lottery Lab is statistical analysis software that allows users to explore historical lottery drawing data, apply configurable analytical rules, and run simulation scenarios. The Software includes:

The Software does not predict lottery outcomes, does not influence lottery results, and does not guarantee winnings of any kind. All lottery games are governed entirely by chance. No subscription is required. Your license is perpetual and includes future updates at no additional charge.
The Software requires activation using the provided activation key. Each activation key is valid for one user. You may transfer your installation between personal devices, but the license may not be shared, sold, or transferred to another person.
We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the Software for any reason, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase to request a refund. Upon refund, your license will be revoked.

The Software and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by Zerofrixion Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEROFRIXION INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.

We may update the Software from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in your possession.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
