If you are not satisfied with Lottery Lab for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
To request a refund, email us at contact@lotterylab.ai with your order number or the email address used at purchase. We will process your refund promptly.
Refunds are processed through our payment provider, FastSpring. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Upon receiving a refund, your license key will be deactivated. You will no longer have access to the software or future updates. If you wish to use Lottery Lab again in the future, a new purchase will be required.
This refund policy applies to all Lottery Lab products: Powerball Lab, Mega Millions Lab, and the Lottery Lab Bundle. There are no exceptions or special conditions — if you're within 30 days of purchase, you're eligible for a full refund.
